Terms of service
Business Name (DBA): trematria
Legal Entity: Joseph Langifisi
Product / Platform: Trelab
Support Email: joseph@trematria.com
Effective 24 October 2026. These terms apply to this website and its developer demonstrations, operated by Joseph Langifisi, sole trader trading as trematria (product platform: Trelab), Australia. Contact: joseph@trematria.com.
Service scope
Trelab is being developed as a distributed agentic computational grid and developer API platform. Public MCP access currently provides read-only status and architecture inspection. Public commercial execution and the proposed REST API are not generally available. The credit pack is offered through Stripe checkout; purchasing it does not make the public execution API operational. Architectural descriptions do not guarantee that planned features are operational.
Developer demonstration
The terminal performs predefined calculations in your browser and generates illustrative JSON receipts using SHA-256. It does not submit a job to an agent grid, require an API key or consume credits. Its hashes demonstrate state linking; they do not establish the truth of an input or constitute independent verification. Request snippets show a proposed interface and are not a supported production integration.
Acceptable use and authorization
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass permission checks, disrupt services or submit data you are not entitled to process. Future execution services will require appropriate credentials and authorization. No website demonstration grants access to private systems.
Purchases
The credit pack is $10.00 AUD for 1,000 execution credits, paid once without automatic renewal. Purchases are subject to disclosed usage rules and the digital delivery terms and refund policy. Payment is processed through Stripe hosted checkout. Confirm execution availability and credit delivery arrangements with support before purchasing.
Outputs and availability
Computational outputs should be assessed against their inputs, methods and evidence. No scientific discovery, commercial outcome or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. You retain your rights in materials you own. These terms do not transfer ownership of your research to Trelab.
Consumer protections and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Material changes to services or purchase terms will be published before they apply to new purchases.
