Product and price

The Trelab Credit Pack contains 1,000 execution credits for $10.00 AUD as a one-time purchase. Any applicable taxes and the final total will be shown before payment. There is no recurring subscription or physical delivery.

Digital fulfilment

Instant webhook-based credit provisioning is the intended delivery model, but has not yet been verified. A payment confirmation does not by itself establish that credits have been provisioned. For delivery assistance, email joseph@trematria.com with your payment reference.

Payment is handled by Stripe. If delivery cannot be completed, we will arrange an appropriate refund under the refund policy.

Access and usage

Contact support to confirm account access, supported operations, credit charging rules and any expiry conditions before purchasing. Public execution access is still in development. A credit is a service usage unit, not currency, an investment or a promise of a particular research outcome.

Delivery problems

If a completed payment is not reflected in your credit balance, email joseph@trematria.com with the payment reference. Do not make another payment to resolve a delivery issue. We will investigate and arrange delivery or an appropriate refund. See our refund policy.
