Information handled by this website

The developer terminal runs locally in your browser. Its selected workflow, result and generated receipt are not sent to a Trelab execution service by this page. Trelab does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The Stripe Buy Button loads Stripe resources, which may process device and network information and use storage for payment functionality and fraud prevention.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and may process network information such as IP addresses, request metadata and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Hosting providers may process data outside Australia. Their own privacy policies describe their processing.

Support correspondence

If you email us, we receive the information you provide and use it to respond, resolve issues and maintain necessary business records. Do not send secrets, payment card numbers or sensitive research material. Access to correspondence is limited to business and support purposes.

Payments

The Stripe Buy Button opens Stripe hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. We may receive order references, payment status, purchase contact details and limited payment information to handle orders, delivery, refunds and required business records. Full card details are not collected by the Trelab website and should never be emailed to us. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Requests and complaints

Email us to request access to or correction or deletion of information you have supplied, or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
